What this site collects, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it. Work we do in your Microsoft tenant is on Security.

What this site collects

• The contact form: name, email, company, phone, and a message. We use it to reply.
• The 24-hour access form: name, company, and email. We send the link. It lasts 24 hours.
• A Calendly booking, if you make one. Calendly holds that booking.
• The client portal and Secure Share: a login you already have, or credentials you send for that transfer. Not a marketing form.
• Vercel Analytics records page views on this site. No ads. No remarketing list.
• Cloudflare Turnstile runs on the home forms so a bot cannot submit them. Cloudflare sees that check.

What we do not do

We do not sell your email. We do not run a newsletter. We do not buy lists.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry while we are in contact, and while we still need it to reply or do the work. There is no newsletter list to keep you on.

Delete it

Email us or use the contact form and ask us to delete what we hold. We will.
